The Abel Manufacturing Company is pleased to announce the sale of its square bolted bin system and micro batch weighing system lines to the Intersystems company of Omaha, NE. The sale was concluded as of 1 January 2011 and all manufacturing of those lines will be immediately transferred to Omaha. To assure a smooth transition, Abel will continue to provide sales, engineering and manufacturing support as requested by Intersystems. Abel will continue its other business activities, including the sale of its highly regarded roller slide gates, out of its Appleton, WI facility.
